Visit by The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

Earlier this month we were delighted to welcome Elizabeth Truss MP, the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs along with Kelly Tolhurst, MP for Rochester and Strood, who both took the time to visit our new £10 million packhouse and cold storage facility at Flanders Farm, Hoo. We were delighted to show the minister the progress on the new project including our chilled dispatch area, which has now been completed and also the rest of the building, which will be finished and fully functioning for the start of the 2016 season.
