Agricare donation.
We recently joined the Kent Sports Trust to thank the team at Agricare who have made a generous donation of £1,000 to the Goatham’s Great Kent Cycle Ride 2019, which takes place 5-7 July and raises funds for Kent Sports Trust and also makes a donation to Help for Heroes.
Agricare are the leading suppliers of specialist fruit picking supplies to fruit growers in the UK and Director Garth Worsley and Grower Support Rep Steve Rumley presented Sarah Parish, Operations Manager at Kent Sports Trust and Clive Goatham with their donation.
Garth Worsley comments: “We are delighted to support the Goatham’s team who are bravely taking part in the Goatham’s Great Kent Cycle Ride. It is a challenging cycle ride of 200 miles across Kent over three days raising money for two very deserving causes.”
Sarah Parrish, Operations Manager at Kent Sports Trust comments: “We would like to thank everyone at both Agricare and of course Goatham’s for their very generous support. The money raised from this event helps us to provide a range of events and activities for people in Kent to get involved with and which encourages them to have a more active lifestyle as well as providing the opportunity to meet new people. This includes activities such as free trampoline sessions for disadvantaged school children and walking groups for isolated and lonely people.”
