Meet Nicola Larkin our Compliance Officer.

Nicola has been part of the ACG team for more than 4 Years, or 10 years including her previous time as the Health & Safety Manager.

Her key responsibilities are managing the company’s compliance in line with the BRC standards and Red Tractor standards across all sites, leading audits to ensure compliance, and carrying out internal auditing.

We asked Nicola what she enjoys most about working for ACG to which she said, ‘ACG is a local employer and family-run business offering flexibility and a work-life balance. The company has supported me through my training, most recently being accredited BRC Professional status. I love the technical team I work in and being able to make the job my own in this fast-paced growing company.’

Nicola has been married for many years, she has a 6-year-old son and a Labrador dog called Bella. Her hobbies include socialising with family and friends, travelling on holidays, and gardening in her spare time, she also loves Christmas!
